As well as supplying and laying flooring for private residences, City Flooring Europe LLP also work alongside large property development companies to help produce stylish and beautiful homes.

The contract with Berkeley Homes came about in 1993 and has progressed through the years due to our outstanding results and professionalism. The work continues to grow and we take on more and more sites. Current sites are:

The contract with Laing Homes started two years ago at Beckenham and has now developed into a contract for the whole of the South East. The contract has expanded so extensively that we now have a dedicated Laings Contract Manager, constantly dealing with new builds and customer care duties. Some of the sites we now look after are:

We also look after the housing in Bickley, Chislehurst, Clapham and Peckham.
